Plymouth Water Conservation Initiative: Seasonal Water Rate

This policy recommendation was made to the Select Board and Department of Public Works(DPW) / Water Division in May, 2023. The DPW made a commitment to the Select Board at the referenced meeting to evaluate a seasonal water rate by year-end 2023, with implementation in 2024, assuming the analysis is favorable.
